As CD and brand lead, I created a very successful ISA season campaign in 2017 that increased both overall AUM and the value of individual ISA transfers. I creatively lead a brand repositioning project which defined a new target audience for them. I then developed a new 360 brand campaign for Q1 2018, which is currently running on the tube, radio, digital display and and social channels. 'You have one life. Invest Wisely'.
I was responsible for all the creative output, managing a team of designers, AD's and copywriters.
I also worked with the product and UX teams to improve customer on-boarding and customer sign-up rates. And with the content and PR team to define the social media strategy, come-up with editorial ideas and new ways to boost engagement.
